- - Cannot view or pay my Pay by Plate balance in the app.
- - App forces I-Pass to access the account, and customer service hasn't responded.
I set up Pay by Plate. I am receiving messages about my balance but have no way of paying it.
The app does not show my balance, nor does it allow me to look it up. It's making me set up I-Pass to access my account when I do not need it, as I will no longer require a toll pass in two weeks.
I have been trying to speak to a customer service representative for the last three days and haven't had any luck. I need someone to get back to me so I can pay my balance.
Preferred solution: My balance is accumulating but is not showing on the app and need somebody to help me pay my balance and fix my account. I have no way of seeing how much I owe on my app, when I’m using the toll bridge every day.

have been getting emails saying I owe toll charges. I haven't been anywhere to have toll charges.
Today I received another one saying it had to be paid today or fines and my vehicle registration would be cancelled. I've been ignoring these because I suspect this may be fraud [phishing] and the fact that I haven't been any farther than Wood River and Jerseyville Illinois for years. That being said I'm giving you the Phone number and email that's in the message. If this is from you, there has been a mistake.
I do not owe any toll charges. My license plate # is N50 6632. The link for payment is https://getipass.com-ticketrm.xin/us. The phone # is 800-828-****.
I need to now if this is from you and if it is, I need to get this resolved now.

Cannot get thru by phone
I cannot reach a human. I waited over one hour yesterday.
No one is answering today either.
My van is in a truck and you are charging me for going through tolls at $8+ each. This is not correct and you are depleting my account.

I just started getting texts to pay my account. I havent used my iPass in years so I didnt know there could be a balance.
Phone system couldn't take call. I cant even log into my account online!

Unable to talk and pay
I had pay by plate in the past then I decided to buy I-pass and since then I have been receiving text messages for both, I have been charged for both in the past. I was asking to close pay by plate but heard it cannot be done. Right now I was able to update my payment card but how can I make sure you are not charging me twice again?

I worry about the tax because they said I wont pay the any balance and I have an automatic recharge card in the file and I dont know why I receive this text. Fraudulent email sent saying I owed money. It came from EZ pass. I tried to call I-Pass but eas on hold for over 30 minutes
