On 10/23/22 I had a rental car and my device was with me but only two tolls got charged to my account. I've been trying to pay the other 4 but now the rental company wants to charge me. How can I avoid their charges and I pay myself?

I went to a Jewel store located in St. Charles IL , and the service manager at the service counter told me I need a letter from IPass to exchange my expired transponder.

I would of done this sooner if I would of received a letter from Ipass that my transponder needed to be replaced. Please let me know how I can exchange my transponders and get one for my motorcycle?

How can I change my email address on my iPass? I have an I pass account for the past few years where the money automatically gets deducted every time I use a tollway.

I am purchasing a new car and need to Add a new car to the account. However the email address associated with that account is no longer valid which means I cannot access the email address on file in order to add a new car.
